Research is a way to build factual knowledge that aids our understanding of phenomena.  Concepts may regard tangible ‘things’ such as biological, medical and academic research that require systematic approaches and validation.   It may be to evaluate and establish a company initiative—such as strategy, contextual management, governance, risk, transformation and culture.  Or it may be highly creative and novel—innovation design and ideas exploration.  In all cases, Tobassa has a successful track record of adapting her research paradigm to a client’s needs.

Innovation comes from creative thinking and the expression of a cultural story.  As well as imaginative creativity, a successful design project adheres to a lifecycle process enabled by the designer.  Tobassa’s experience in design is grounded in Engineering, Systems, Education and Technology.  But throughout her career, she has applied Fine Arts creativity, cultural storytelling and her pure passion for expression to work with individuals and fair trade communities to design clothing, artisan products, music, interiors, cosmeceutical and natural therapies, business methodologies, marketing and entrepreneurship.

Making It Happen

Tobassa’s major professional corporate and public sector career is platformed in director-level management and advisory.  She began her consulting career after seven years of ‘learning the ropes’ with some top CEO’s and Ministers of Government.  Early Managerial roles included functional management in HR, Finance and Administration, Marketing and Communications.   Subsequent immersion in Managing Organisation Change and Culture, Training and ICT or eCommerce internationally led to two decades of experience working in industry diversity with companies and governments in complex, mission-critical, restructures and leading innovation.  Tobassa’s has multiple tertiary level skills, seasoned expertise and a significant success track record of working at all levels and organisation functions.  Her professional wisdom enables her to bring value and results to consulting and mentoring that understands vision, role and accountability achievement.
