Beyond Traditional Coaching
Transformation is coaching that takes you beyond specific objectives to the deeper layers of society and networks. It is for individuals and business situations where conventional approaches may not return the result, and where meaningful transformation requires more than changing the strategy. It requires understanding the reality in which that strategy must work.
Cultural context can become especially important when your circumstances, experiences or relationships have changed the way you understand your place in the world.

By making these dynamics more visible, you can better understand your own position within them, distinguish what is yours from what belongs to the environment, and develop greater agency in how you respond.
The aim is to cultivate an environmentally adaptive and culturally resilient way of being — one that allows you, your teams and organisation to navigate different contexts without becoming defined or overwhelmed by them, while making conscious choices about how, where and with whom you participate.
